Job Description - Lead Generation - Executive


Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (B2B)
Department: Sales / Business Development
Location: On\-site
Employment Type: Full\-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven B2B Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate high\-quality business leads. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by targeting decision\-makers in other businesses through strategic outreach and research.





Key Responsibilities



  • Identify potential B2B clients through market research and online tools

  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and databases

  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline

  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team

  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems

  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports

Preferred Skills



  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools

  • Understanding of B2B sales funnel and buyer journey






Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

  • Ability to research and target B2B decision\-makers

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow\-ups
