Generation Executive
Role Summary: Build targeted prospect lists and support lead qualification and CRM
hygiene to keep the pipeline moving.
Key
Responsibilities
Build and maintain target
account lists (Credit Unions, Regional Banks, NBFCs, mid -market
enterprises).
Account profiling:
firmographics, key contacts, tech stack signals where possible. Support outreach list
preparation for campaigns (email/LinkedIn lists) and track responses.
Maintain Zoho CRM
hygiene: lead source, status, notes, next steps, and reporting readiness.
Coordinate with Inside
Sales to qualify leads and schedule follow -ups.
Experience
/ Skills:
3–5 years in lead
generation/research / inside sales support (B2B preferred). BFS exposure a
plus
Strong research skills
using LinkedIn, web sources, directories; good Excel/Sheets discipline
Knowledge
and Lead Generation of AI -based solutions is a plus
Prior CRM experience
(Zoho preferred; HubSpot/Salesforce acceptable). Process -driven,
organized, and metrics -oriented.
Candidates who are willing to work in EST timezone is mandatory and this is a Work from Home opportunity.
Incumbent will occasionally work from office based on the need.
