Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities through multiple outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, event leads, referrals, and database research.

The core responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads, initiate conversations, and align meetings/demos for the Sales or Account Management team.

Core KRA - Lead Generation & Meeting Alignment :
The candidate will be responsible for:

           Generating leads through multiple activities such as:
  • Cold Calling
  • Email outreach campaigns
  • Closed-lost lead re-engagement
  • Database & LinkedIn research

    Initiating first-level conversations with prospects
  • Qualifying leads based on requirement and use case
  • Setting up and aligning meetings/demos with the Sales/CS team
  • Achieving weekly and monthly meeting alignment targets
  • Improving lead-to-meeting conversion ratio


Key Responsibility :

Outreach & Prospecting 

  • Conduct structured daily cold calls
  • Send personalized introductory and follow-up emails
  • Identify decision-makers and alternative contacts if SPOC is unresponsive
  • Maintain aggressive and disciplined follow-ups for 45–60 days

    CRM & Reporting Discipline
  • Update all calls, emails, and meeting notes in Zoho CRM
  • Schedule next follow-up dates immediately after every interaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking
  • Share daily and weekly performance reports

    Collaboration & Pipeline Support 
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Share prospect insights, objections, and industry feedback
  • Support marketing-driven campaigns and lead initiatives
  • Contribute to strengthening the sales pipeline

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Daily cold call volume
  • Emails sent & follow-up completion rate
  • Meetings aligned per week/month 
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion % 
  • CRM update compliance 
  • Contribution to overall closures

 Required Skills 

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
  • Strong research and prospecting ability
