Job Description - Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

  • Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support demand generation and campaign efforts

  • Track daily/weekly lead generation metrics and report progress to the sales manager

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Good understanding of sales funnels, email marketing tools, and lead nurturing techniques

  • Ability to meet targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and research skills
