Job Description - Lead Generation Specialist

  • Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, and similar prospecting tools to source genuine and relevant leads.
  • Research target industries, decision-makers, and companies.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, follow-ups).
  • Qualify leads based on potential, need, and conversion probability.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Support and Product Teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve response rates and conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, automation tools, and prospecting best practices.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, or business development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of modern lead generation and email outreach tools.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and build targeted lead lists.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of sales funnel and conversion processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with performance tracking ability.
