Experience: 2+ Years in Freelance Bidding & Project Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects for illustration, animation, and marketing services on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  

• Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements to maximize conversion rates.
  

• Generate leads and bring in projects for the company's illustration, animation, and marketing services.
  

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful project execution.
  

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow from project acquisition to delivery.
  

• Stay updated with industry trends and Upwork policies to enhance bidding strategies.
  

• Maintain a record of bids, client interactions, and project outcomes for performance tracking.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bidding and winning projects related to illustration, animation, and marketing.
  

• Strong understanding of freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to understand client needs and align proposals accordingly.
  

• Basic knowledge of design, animation, and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, digital marketing strategies) is a plus.
  

• Strong negotiation and client -handling skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
