Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  global pricing operations ensuring SLA commitments, consistency, and
  continuous improvement.
  
• Act
  as a hands-on Data and QA Engineering lead to validate pricing data
  quality, trends, and anomalies.
  
• Build
  and manage QA workflows ensuring accuracy of pricing data, models, and
  tools.
  
• Mentor
  and coach team members to enhance analytical rigor and process maturity.
  
• Collaborate
  with product, engineering, automation, and data science teams to
  strengthen pricing tools and workflows.
  
• Coordinate
  with offshore teams to align with central objectives.
  
• Develop
  and publish dashboards/reports to monitor pricing effectiveness and
  accuracy.
  
• Identify
  and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual workload and
  improve scalability.
  
• Serve
  as the quality gatekeeper for pricing deliverables, ensuring structured
  adoption of Redmine and standardized tools.
  
• Support
  pricing model operationalization through validation, data inputs, and
  feedback loops.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience
  managing distributed or hybrid pricing/analytics teams.
  
• Strong
  familiarity with Redmine, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  
• Knowledge
  of pricing intelligence, market benchmarking, and resale economics.
  
• Ability
  to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution.
  
• Proactive
  mindset with strong ownership.
  

Qualifications

• 7+
  years of experience in pricing operations, data engineering, or analytics.
  
• Strong
  background in QA frameworks and data quality monitoring.
  
• Proficiency
  in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Python or R.
  
• Strong
  understanding of economics, pricing strategy, and e-commerce dynamics.
  
• Experience
  with automation tools and workflow/process design.
  
• Excellent
  communication skills (English, written and spoken).
  
• Leadership
  and mentorship experience with global or hybrid teams.
  
• Experience
  in tech resale, commodities trading, or procurement is a strong plus.
