Job Description - Lead Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer -Senior/Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail -oriented Senior Graphic Designer with a penchant for creative, branded

content development as well as the ability to capture the pulse of the moment visually. The ideal candidate will

have a keen eye for fashion, aesthetics, typography and layout, and a deep understanding of translating cultural

moments to inspirational, intuitive design. The candidate will collaborate closely with our content, marketing,

and product teams to produce high -quality page designs that enhance our brand's image and drive customer

engagement.

Responsibilities:

ï· Demonstrates a sharp design sensibility — able to distinguish between good and bad design, with an eye

for creative ideation. Skilled at conceptualizing fresh themes for storefront refreshes, building visual

identities for new initiatives, and crafting impactful sale campaigns that balance creativity with business

goals.

ï· Lead design ideation and execution for Flagship campaigns, Store front refresh, brand initiatives,

private labels, and platform creatives (website, app, social, CRM, performance marketing).

ï· Lead junior designers, ensuring high -quality and timely delivery of creatives.

ï· Translate business goals and consumer insights into compelling visual stories that connect with fashion -

forward audiences.

ï· Maintain brand identity and consistency across all digital platforms and marketing channels.

ï· Stay updated with global fashion, design, and digital trends to infuse fresh ideas into creative strategies

Requirements

ï· Min 4 -5 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a lead role in relevant e -comm industry.

ï· Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital -first design, campaign creatives, and branding in

fashion, e -commerce, or lifestyle industries.

ï· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Figma is a plus).

ï· Deep understanding of typography, colour, layout, and design systems.

ï· Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to work with stakeholders and guide team

members.

ï· Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment while balancing creativity with business

objectives.
