A rapidly expanding organization in the electric vehicle sector is seeking a Lead – Talent Acquisition to oversee strategic recruitment for specialized and essential positions. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to develop robust talent pipelines and address complex hiring challenges within a swiftly changing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Manage the full recruitment process for specialized, technical, and leadership roles throughout the organization
🔸 Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
🔸 Enhance and maintain sourcing channels for specialized talent within the electric vehicle and battery sectors
🔸 Promote hiring excellence by refining processes, aligning stakeholders, and enhancing the candidate experience
🔸 Serve as a strategic talent partner, facilitating business growth through effective talent planning
Must Have:
🔸 6–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on niche or complex hiring
🔸 Proven track record in managing strategic recruitment initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders
🔸 Previous experience in the electric vehicle, battery, or related deep-tech industries is preferred
🔸 Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to recruitment
🔸 Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
