Community Empowerment Lab (CEL) is a purpose-driven evidence-to-scale lab working to transform the care of mothers and newborns across India and the Global South. We work at the intersection of rigorous science and human experience, co-creating and scaling health system and community-led solutions for maternal, newborn, and child health.

At CEL, we are sparking a movement where science and compassion come together to build a thriving world – one mother, one newborn, one community at a time.

To bring this vision alive from the inside out, we are seeking a Lead, Human Systems Transformation, someone who can help shape CEL’s inner architecture.

The Role

You will work closely with Dr. Vishwajeet Kumar, our Founder-Chair, to translate the vision of human systems transformation into lived reality. Your task is to help design how CEL learns, collaborates, and thrives, ensuring that our structure, culture, and rhythms embody the same compassion and excellence that we bring to the field.

Your work will include:

• Mapping and strengthening CEL’s human and learning systems across research, implementation, and scaling programs.
  


• Facilitating cross-team coherence and collaboration to ensure that information, care, and creativity flow easily.
  


• Designing growth and reflection pathways for teams and individuals.
  


• Creating frameworks, rituals, and communication practices that bring CEL’s THRIVE values to life.
  


• Capturing and sharing insights from the transformation journey through simple documentation, combining data with storytelling.
