  with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate
  business requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Ensure
  application performance, security, and quality through proper
  architecture, testing, and monitoring practices.
  

• Mentor
  junior developers, manage task allocation, and support delivery
  timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
