What you’ll be doing
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile app development using Ionic or Flutter and robust backend development skills in Java. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing applications.

You will be responsible for-

Mobile Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Ionic or Flutter.
• Ensure seamless performance and compatibility across different devices and operating systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools into mobile applications.

Backend Development:

• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high- quality software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Code Quality:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Problem Solving:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Continuously improve existing systems and processes.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us-

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years in software development

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with Ionic or Flutter for mobile app development.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns(e.g., MVVM, MVP).
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Tools & Frameworks:

• Hands-on experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other mobile frameworks or languages.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
