Job Title: Lead Mobile Developer (iOS/Android)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Compensation: ₹1.5Lakh per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Mobile Developer with deep expertise in both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in mobile application development and will lead the mobile team to deliver high-performance, scalable, and robust mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead the end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle for iOS and Android platforms.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, QA, and Backend teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Define architecture, design patterns, and best practices for mobile application development.

  
  


• 
  

  Review code and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive continuous improvement and innovation in mobile development processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

  
  

Mandatory Skills:

• 
  

  iOS Development: Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, iOS SDKs

  
  


• 
  

  Android Development: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Android SDKs

  
  


• 
  

  Cross-Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Architecture & Patterns: MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles

  API Integration: RESTful APIs, JSON, third-party SDKs

  CI/CD & Version Control: Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab

  Testing: Unit testing, UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, XCTest)

  Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban

  Strong understanding of app performance, optimization, and security.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  Hands-on experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.

  Experience with analytics tools like Firebase, Crashlytics, or App Center.

  Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Firebase.
