Lead .NET Engineer

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable .NET applications using C#, LINQ, ADO.NET/SQL, and modern Microsoft technologies
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end/back-end components
• Drive performance optimization, code reviews, and technical best practices across the team
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration
• Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking to ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business goals
• Guide cloud-native development using Microsoft Azure or AWS services (e.g., Redis Cache, Azure Search, Logic Apps)
• Own database design and optimization using T-SQL and stored procedures
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through unit testing, CI/CD practices, and technical documentation
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce relevant technologies and frameworks to the team
• Act as a technical point of contact for client interactions, solutioning, and delivery assurance

📌 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing project deliverables
• Expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core with LINQ, C#, T-SQL
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and MVVM/MVC frameworks (Vue, Angular preferred)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in REST API development, Git/TFS, and scalable application design
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
• Experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation
• Passion for mentoring, team building, and driving engineering excellence
