Lead of Export

• Develop and execute export strategies; drive market expansion


• Identify new global markets and establish distribution networks


•  Drive export sales growth and achieve revenue targets


• Build relationships with international distributors, hospitals, and partners


• Participate in global trade fairs and business development initiatives


•  Oversee end-to-end export operations (orders, shipping, delivery) 


• Ensure adherence to international trade laws


• Monitor export profitability


•  Lead and develop the export team; drive performance and global mindset

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field


• 10–12 years of experience in Medical Device export management, with leadership responsibility is a must


•  Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Distribution industry preferred.
