Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-first General Manager to drive cross-sell initiatives by working closely with offline business teams and partners across locations. This role is critical in bridging central product and business teams with on-ground leaders, ensuring rapid execution, structured feedback loops, and strong MIS-driven decision making. The role demands significant travel, deep coordination with senior field leaders, and the ability to operate with
an entrepreneurial mindset in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the single-point owner for driving cross-sell initiatives through offline teams across regions
● Travel extensively across cities to work with regional and city heads, align on targets, incentives, and execution plans, and resolve on-ground bottlenecks in real time
● Ensure consistent execution of cross-sell programs across all locations
● Drive adoption of new products through offline channels and identify high-potential locations and teams for scaling
● Build and refine cross-sell playbooks in collaboration with central teams based on field learnings
● Act as the voice of the field by gathering structured feedback from frontline teams and leaders
● Translate qualitative on-ground feedback into clear, actionable inputs for product, operations, and leadership teams
● Build and own robust Excel-based MIS dashboards covering cross-sell performance, location-wise metrics, leader-wise performance, and funnel conversion
● Ensure data accuracy, reporting discipline, and timely business reviews
● Use MIS and insights to drive accountability and course correction
● Work closely with senior offline leaders, product, operations, and analytics teams
● Influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Experience
● 8–14 years of overall experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
● Strong exposure to field-led or offline businesses with multi-location operations
● Prior experience in startups, founder’s office roles, early-stage ventures, or P&L; ownership is strongly preferred
