Job Description



Position Overview: 

The Professional Services Sales Enablement lead will work across both the Freshworks revenue enablement group and Partner Delivery Enablement group of Freshworks. They will be responsible for projects and programs from strategy to execution. This person will develop and deliver effective enablement programs, collaborate with stakeholders and deliver training to the Professional Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, product and technical enablement, with experience in delivering training, developing content, and collaborating both inside and outside teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extremely strong delivery skills, both in-person and virtually, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to improve sales performance for the Professional service team. This individual will have the business acumen to think both strategically and tactically to drive outcomes. They will build relationships with peers and influence future process improvements to delivery enablement programs more effectively..

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative sales training programs that align with the overall sales strategy and goals.

  • Regularly communicate with the Professional Svs team, delivery, to gather feedback, assess needs, and ensure the sales enablement program meets the evolving requirements of the sales team.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, partner enablement and partner delivery teams to create high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks that effectively communicate product value propositions and sales messaging.

  • Work closely with Proserv sales leadership to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for sales teams.

  • Provide ongoing support and resources to the Proserve sales team, ensuring they are equipped to reinforce best practices, drive team performance, and address individual development needs.

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in training and development are a plus.

  • 5+ years of combined experience in enablement and sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.

  • Extremely strong delivery skills, both in-person and virtually

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
