We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Marketer to own and scale paid acquisition initiatives focused on the US B2B market. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a results-driven marketing professional who can combine data-driven decision-making with hands-on campaign execution to generate high-quality leads and measurable business growth.

You will be responsible for defining and executing paid media strategies across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing campaign performance, and driving demand generation initiatives that contribute directly to pipeline growth. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate business objectives into scalable marketing strategies while continuously improving campaign efficiency, ROI, and lead quality.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop scalable demand generation strategies that align with business goals and drive qualified pipeline growth in the US B2B market.
  • Design campaign structures, audience targeting strategies, messaging frameworks, and conversion funnels to maximize performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, audience segmentation, keyword optimization, and overall spend efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions to improve cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and performance experiments to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and budget utilization.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, customer behavior, and actionable insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align paid marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Present campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic insights to stakeholders while influencing marketing decisions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital advertising trends, platform updates, and B2B demand generation best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, including at least 3 years managing B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
  • Experience running US B2B marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of buying cycles, lead qualification, and demand generation strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization techniques, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4)LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and marketing reporting platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building dashboards, performance reports, and marketing analytics frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to present recommendations and influence business decisions.
  • Self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented with a passion for continuous optimization and experimentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while taking complete ownership of performance marketing initiatives and delivering measurable growth.
