Lead Piping Stress Engineer

• Perform detailed stress analysis using software such as CAESAR II.
  
• Develop stress isometric drawings and stress reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (ASME B31.3, B31.1).
  
• Review and approve piping layouts to ensure flexibility and support adequacy.
  
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve interface issues.
  
• Conduct stress analysis for critical piping systems, including high-temperature and high-pressure lines.
  
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and construct ability reviews.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  
• Support the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in piping design within EPC projects.
  
• Proficiency in stress analysis software (CAESAR II, AutoPIPE).
  
• Strong understanding of piping codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
