Lead PMO

JOB ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Manager – CEO’s Office is a high-impact, cross-functional role working directly with the CEO and senior leadership. The incumbent will function as a strategic enabler to drive organizational priorities, track OKRs, coordinate project execution, and deliver actionable insights. This role blends strategic problem-solving, project management, data analytics, and communication to ensure the CEO’s office operates with clarity, urgency, and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·     Drive strategic and business-critical initiatives by collaborating with functional leaders and teams.

·     Track and report progress on CEO-level OKRs and KPIs through dashboards and review mechanisms.

·     Prepare high-quality executive presentations, board decks, internal memos, and data-backed reports.

·     Manage weekly/monthly business cadences, leadership reviews, and investor/board communications.

·     Step in for high-priority problem-solving, issue resolution, and special projects as required.

·     Represent the CEO’s office in PMO forums and ensure tight alignment across departments.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

·       Timeliness and quality of deliverables (presentations analyses, reports)

·       Closure rate of CEO-driven initiatives and OKRs

·       Effectiveness of cross-functional reviews and cadences

·       Feedback from CXOs and senior stakeholders

·       Impact on strategic decision-making and execution velocity
