Job Role: Lead – Programmatic Business
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize The Hindu Group’s Ad Inventory.
• Manage Programmatic and Network Monetization for all Digital Sites, Android & iOS apps.
• Manage relationships with existing ad networks and SSP Partners and onboard new ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of multiple campaigns.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery in full of all campaign components, right from creative QC, technical adjustments to the final delivery in full.
• Act largely as L2 support for the Ad Ops team. Also, provide inputs to the team on campaign goals, approaches, and best methods.
• Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.
• Closely monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth. Present findings to internal stakeholders and recommend action.
Desired Skills:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Programmatic Advertising.
• An in depth understanding of ad tech and emerging technologies.
• Programmatic Strategy: Support the selection, deployment, and usage of programmatic technology (across DSP, SSP, Viewability etc.)
• Expertise in online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (DV360, Google Campaign Manager, YouTube, Google Analytics, Adform etc.)
• A good understanding of the programmatic supply side and demand side ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, Ad Networks, DMPs etc.
• Familiarity with ad servers, media agencies, web debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Firebug, Fiddler, etc.) will be a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership.
