As a Lead Qualifier, you’ll be the crucial link between potential customers and their next exciting journey. Your role will ensure that travellers receive a smooth, engaging, and personalized experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Assessment: Evaluate marketing-generated leads to identify prospective customers for holiday quotations.
  • Customer Engagement: Promptly reach out to new leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Qualification: Understand customer needs, assess fit, and qualify leads based on intent, preferences, and requirements.
  • Pipeline Conversion: Convert qualified leads into active prospects by forwarding them for detailed consultation or initiating the quotation process.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales and travel advisors to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and enhance customer experience.
  • Database Management: Keep detailed, accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in the CRM system while ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Quick Response: Maintain fast turnaround times for initial lead engagement to boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong skills in evaluating and prioritizing leads, with an eye for high-potential opportunities.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-driven, quick to respond, and able to take ownership of leads and follow-ups.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Capable of understanding customer needs and engaging in a consultative manner.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed lead qualification and conversion goals.
  • Experience: Prior experience in lead qualification, tele-calling, inside sales, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
