Lead Recruiter

Responsibility

• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of recruiters, ensuring their success in meeting recruitment goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies, share best practices, and provide updates on recruitment activities.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
• Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, including the use of technology, tools, and metrics.
• Implement best practices in candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate regular reports and metrics to measure team performance and the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Key skills and experience

• Highest qualification MBA, HR specialisation or equivalent.
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Previous experience in team leadership or management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, including ATS and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
