We are a young startup building the world’s largest constellation of Synthetic Aperture Radar and AIS satellites for most extensive surveillance of oceans. The startup is backed by investors like Alphawave Global (Investor in SpaceX), Elevation Capital, All in Capital and Techstars (In collaboration with NASA and US Space Force).   

Technical skills and key responsibilities:  

• Design and develop RF Front End systems, including power amplifiers and low noise amplifiers (LNA). 
• Experience with end-to-end design on Transmit and Receive chains of Radar in X-Band. 
• Perform RF design and testing, ensuring high performance and reliability of RF systems. 
• Work with High Power RF systems, ensuring they meet stringent requirements for space applications. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger satellite and space systems. 
• Serve as the primary technical authority during design reviews, integration milestones, and RF test campaigns 
• Should have an experience of producing the comprehensive design documentation throughout the product life cycle, from capturing the requirements to test specifications definition 
• Ensure compliance with MIL/Space standards.  
• Design for manufacture, Design for environmental requirements including EMC 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in RF design and testing  
• Strong understanding of RF Front End design principles. 
• Proficiency with RF design tools and simulation software like ADS, HFSS. 
• Proven experience in designing power amplifiers and low noise amplifiers (LNA). 
• Hands-on experience with High Power RF systems. 
• Having knowledge on Antenna design is an added advantage 
• Understanding of developing RF front ends for space applications is a plus
