Senior RPA Developer – UiPath Specialist

Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated automation solutions using UiPath Orchestrator and agentic automation frameworks.
  
• Architect and document detailed technical specifications to guide RPA project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• Engineer and maintain robust data exchange mechanisms by integrating and consuming various APIs for efficient data retrieval and transfer.
  
• Establish and enforce industry-leading engineering best practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of UiPath implementations.
  
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of enterprise business processes to identify high-impact opportunities for Robotic Process Automation.
  
• Apply expertise in programming languages such as Python, VB Script, Java, JavaScript, or .Net to build custom activities and extend platform capabilities.
  
• Collaborate within Agile development teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage the full lifecycle of automation projects.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in software development with a focus on workflow automation; at least 5+ years of specific, hands-on experience with UiPath tools and platforms.
  
• Certification: Must possess an up-to-date professional certification in UiPath or a leading RPA technology.
  
• Leadership: Proven track record of serving in a lead capacity with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in UiPath implementation projects.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python, VB Script, Java, JavaScript, or .Net, coupled with foundational knowledge of HTML and scripting languages.
  
• Methodology: Demonstrated experience working within Agile development environments.
  
• Architecture: Ability to design technical documentation and implement best practices for large-scale RPA solutions.
