Lead /Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
  
• Define AI roadmap aligned with product and business strategy
  
• Design and deploy LLM -based applications (RAG, chatbots, AI agents)
  
• Drive model development across NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI
  
• Build scalable MLOps pipelines and AI infrastructure on cloud platforms
  
• Optimize models for performance, cost, and scalability
  
• Mentor AI teams and enforce best practices in development and deployment
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI -powered product features
  

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML development
  
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
  
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras
  
• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and deep learning models
  
• Hands -on with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and MLOps
  
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills
  

Good to Have

• Experience in multimodal AI (text, image, video)
  
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and model serving frameworks
  
• Exposure to distributed training and large -scale AI systems
