Lead Software Developer

·       Delivery
- Understand requirements and deliver as per agreed timelines and ensure quality
- Manage and write unit test for relevant module
- Support allocation of tasks to reportees

·       Learn and understand the product well.

·       Understand the requirements by going through the specifications to participate efficiently in the development and testing phases of the project.

·       Develop and conduct self and peer code review.

·       Deliver high quality work as defined by error -free / accurate deliverables that meets requirements, confirmation to internal quality guidelines for software processes and guidelines, solutions that require minimal maintenance etc.

·       Code review - Conduct code review, encourage peer reviews and document the review comments using GitHub

·       Architecture - Understand application architecture document and seek inputs from the design team to understand the overall architecture to provide deliverables in line with architecture requirements.

·       Flexible and open to learning new technologies as per business requirement.

·       Proven expertise in Python, Advanced Python, OOP in Python and Java Script

·       5 -8 years of experience in relevant technology and industry
