Lead Software Engineer - Female Only

Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 40-50 LPA)

Experience & Responsibilities

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience building scalable web services and RESTful APIs.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take end-to-end responsibility for assigned modules and deliverables.
• Proven capability to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Python or Java, with strong experience in relevant frameworks.
• Solid experience working with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong foundation in Linux-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with backend and distributed systems using technologies such as:
• Python, Falcon, Go
• MongoDB, Scylla
• Kafka
• AWS services (SQS, S3)
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing or streaming technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Storm, or Samza is a plus.
