We are hiring an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python Development and DevOps to join our team!

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to ₹12.43 LPA

• Python Development – Flask, FastAPI

• Docker & Kubernetes

• Terraform & Ansible – Infrastructure as Code

• CI/CD Pipelines – GitHub Actions or similar

• REST API Development & Integration

• React.js

• Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure Management

• Code Reviews & DevOps Best Practices

• Production Support, Incident Management & RCA

• Monitoring & Observability – Grafana, Prometheus

• Multi-Cloud / Hybrid Cloud Experience

• Vault

• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• EfficientIP Appliances

• Technical Leadership & Architecture Reviews

• Global On-Call Support Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Python applications using Flask/FastAPI

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation

• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible

• Develop and integrate REST APIs

• Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments

• Monitor applications using Grafana and Prometheus

• Handle production incidents, troubleshooting and RCA

• Conduct code reviews and ensure DevOps best practices

• Provide technical leadership and contribute to architecture decisions

• Collaborate with global teams and support on-call activities when required
