Job Description - Lead Specialist GES H2R Time Management
Time & Attendance Management Manage and validate employee time inputs for new hires and employee data changes from HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payroll processing. Payroll & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with payroll vendors and local HR teams to process time files, validate and approve time-related pay files, and ensure timely and correct employee payments. Review, validate, and sign off employee timecards, resolving missed punches, unexcused absences, and historic corrections within defined deadlines. Leave & Accrual Administration Approve STD/FMLA leaves, validate pay rules, pay groups, accrual profiles, PTO rates, and conduct periodic audits such as accrual and international manager audits System Monitoring & Issue Resolution Monitor daily system integrations, identify errors (e.g., manager, account status, business structure issues), and resolve them promptly using ServiceNow or related ticketing tools. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Generate HR and time management reports as requested, support change management communications, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
