Job Title: Lead Specialist GES MDM Services

Location: Hyderabad, India

This role is a critical part of the Global Enterprise Services (GES) function, focused on ensuring seamless and accurate master data replication across SAP systems (ECC to CFIN). It plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, operational efficiency, and system reliability, while collaborating with business, IT, and global stakeholders.

The position offers the opportunity to work on complex SAP master data environments, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to data governance and digital transformation initiatives in a global setup.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor master and transactional data replication interfaces between SAP ECC and CFIN systems to ensure smooth operations.


• Handle IDOC and AIF errors related to customer, vendor, material, WBS, and transactional data, ensuring timely resolution.


• Conduct monthly data inconsistency checks and identify mismatches between source and target systems.


• Work closely with master data teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure process continuity.


• Maintain SOPs, suggest permanent fixes for recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


• Perform large data analysis using SAP and Excel, support UAT activities, and validate system configurations.

You bring

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.


• Experience in handling customer, vendor, or material master data in SAP environments.


• Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.


• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders effectively.


• Experience in data validation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and driving operational value.
