Job Title: Lead Specialist GES Q2C Collections


Location: Hyderabad, India


We are looking for a detail-oriented Collection Specialist to join our Credit Management team within Financial Shared Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer collections, reducing overdue receivables, minimizing credit risk, and ensuring healthy cash flow. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, drive proactive collections activities, support insolvency and insurance processes, and contribute to continuous improvements in global credit management operations.

Your key responsibilities



  • Manage a portfolio of customers by proactively monitoring accounts receivable balances and driving timely collections activities.

  • Conduct collection calls, follow dunning procedures, resolve payment disputes, and reduce overdue receivables.

  • Act as a credit insurance and collections specialist, supporting bad debt recovery, insolvency cases, and external collection agencies.

  • Assess customer creditworthiness, monitor financial risks, and recommend appropriate credit management actions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance on credit and collection matters.

  • Drive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, ensure KPI achievement, and support internal controls and compliance activities.

You bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control functions.

  • Strong knowledge of collection processes, credit risk assessment, insolvency procedures, and accounts receivable management.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, FSCM, or similar ERP systems in a shared services environment.

  • Proven ability to manage customer interactions, negotiate payments, resolve disputes, and influence stakeholders effectively.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural global environment.
