Job Description - Lead Specialist-QMS, QA, IN, HNC
Manage post-operational activities: mock recalls, returned products, and complaint handling. Ensure timely communication of product quality deviations and corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory Department, and customers for technical/regulatory support and document compliance. Prepare and review compliance documents like SOPs, Specifications, MOCs, deviations, and reports. Prepare qualification documents for Quality related instruments. Manage FSSAI documentation and compliance, pest control services coordination. Assist QA Manager in maintaining integrated ISO QMS and HACCP systems, reviewing and improving processes. Prepare and review RM/PM Specifications and implementation, customer qualification, and regulatory documents. Responsible for 6S and quality excellence initiatives (DICI) in QA/QC areas.
