About the Role:


This isn't a generalist recruiting role. You'll own Community and on-ground hiring end-to-end — building strong talent pipelines, partnering closely with business leaders across functions, and ensuring our spaces are staffed with people who truly deliver exceptional member experiences.


We're open to candidates who bring deep hiring experience in adjacent worlds - retail, facility management, property, SaaS customer success, or any multi-location, customer-facing business. If you understand what good service-oriented talent looks like and have hired at scale, you'll find your footing here quickly.

What You'll Do


Hiring Ownership 




  • Own end-to-end hiring across Community and Operations




  • Build ready pipelines for new center launches and attrition backfills, prioritizing mandates based on business criticality and expansion plans




  • Drive volume hiring through city-level campaigns, walk-ins, campus connects, and local sourcing — without compromising on quality or cultural fit




  • Assess candidates for role-specific competencies with a strong lens on service-first mindset, communication, and member-centric approach




Sourcing & Market Strategy




  • Design and execute location-specific sourcing models - vendor partnerships, referral programs, and local community channels




  • Provide stakeholders with market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends




Stakeholder Management




  • Serve as a true hiring partner to business leaders across functions - not just an executor




  • Set clear expectations on SLAs, timelines, and quality; hold both sides accountable




Candidate Experience




  • Run structured interviews and manage end-to-end coordination, feedback closure, and offer negotiations




  • Drive high offer-to-join ratios through proactive pre-joining engagement




Data & Process




  • Own your numbers: time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and early attrition




  • Keep ATS data clean, dashboards transparent, and processes continuously improving




 


You're a Great Fit If You Have:




  • 6-8 years in non-tech recruitment, ideally hiring for Community, Retail, Hospitality, Facility Management, Real Estate, or Customer-Facing roles - or any environment where you've hired service-oriented talent at scale and across locations, or equivalent demonstrated experience




  • A proven track record in volume and multi-location hiring




  • Background in co-working, hospitality, retail chains, real estate, or related industry is a definite plus




  • Sharp instincts for assessing behavioral competencies: customer obsession, ownership, communication, and problem-solving



  • A data-first mindset and the ability to manage high hiring velocity without dropping the ball


  • Strong stakeholder influencing skills - you can push back, align, and deliver




  • MBA / PG in HR preferred; what matters more is your track record
