Lead System Operations

·        Infrastructure Management:

o   Install,
configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows (Wintel) and Linux servers.

o   Manage
and monitor server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

o   Perform
routine system updates, patches, and firmware updates for security and
functionality.

o   Administer
virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, or similar, including virtual
machine provisioning and maintenance.

·        Cloud Integration and Optimization:

o   Support
cloud-based services and servers on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including
virtual machine setup and configurations.

o   Monitor
and manage hybrid cloud workloads, optimizing resources for cost-efficiency.

·        Storage and Backup Management:

o   Configure,
manage, and maintain storage solutions and backup processes.

o   Ensure
data integrity and availability through effective backup and recovery
procedures.

·        Security and Compliance:

o   Implement
and manage user authentication, authorization, and access control on servers.

o   Apply
patches and updates to mitigate vulnerabilities, performing regular audits and
security assessments.

o   Ensure
compliance with security policies and best practices.

·        Automation and Optimization:

o   Develop
and deploy automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.

o   Utilize
automation/configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

·        Documentation and Collaboration:

o   Maintain
comprehensive documentation for system configurations, SOPs, and
troubleshooting guides.

o   Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to document and implement infrastructure changes
and improvements.

·        Program and Project Management:

o   Oversee
the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals.

o   Develop
detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resources
allocation.

o   Manage
cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

·        Budgeting and Financial Management:

o   Create
and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery.

o   Track
and report on project financials, including P&L analysis, forecasting, and
variance reporting.

o   Ensure
financial alignment with organizational objectives and constraints.

·        Risk Management:

o   Identify,
assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

o   Develop

o   Monitor

o   Serve
