Job Description - Lead TA

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of Adani Corporate Services and its centralized support functions.

Lead executive hiring initiatives, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber talent for leadership roles across the Adani Group.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align hiring strategies with organizational goals.

Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging digital platforms, AI-driven recruitment tools, and industry networks.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position Adani Corporate Services as an employer of choice in the market.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to best practices.

Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner with HR teams across the Adani Group to ensure consistency in talent acquisition practices and alignment with group-wide objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and talent acquisition technologies to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

Proven experience of 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive hiring and strategic recruitment.

Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives within a corporate or conglomerate environment.

Strong understanding of talent acquisition technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven recruitment strategies.

Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, executive search methodologies, and workforce planning.

Familiarity with the operational context of centralized corporate services, including HR, finance, IT, and legal functions.

Knowledge of industry best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies.
