Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead preparation, compounding, and batching of flavor samples while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for projects.\n * Guide junior technicians on compounding techniques, SOP adherence, and quality standards.\n * Oversee raw material inventory, replenishment, storage compliance, and coordinate with Supply Chain for availability.\n * Maintain lab operations including cleanliness, safety standards, equipment calibration, and GLP compliance.\n * Manage documentation and traceability in SAP and internal digital systems to support audits and reviews.\n * Collaborate with Flavorists, Sensory, Application, QC, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support sensory prep, QC tasks, and sample dispatch.\n\n\n\nWe Bring \n\n * A global, diverse, and inclusive working environment.\n * Opportunities to grow in a highly dynamic and multicultural organization.\n * A fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation package.\n\n\n\nYou Bring\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.\n * 3\u20136 years of experience in flavor creation lab, compounding, or food laboratory environments.\n * Strong knowledge of lab procedures, safety standards, and quality practices.\n * Experience of handling raw materials, batching, and sample preparation.\n * Familiarity with documentation systems such as SAP or other digital lab tools is preferred.\n * Prior experience supervising or guiding technicians is an advantage.\n\n\n\nAbout dsm-firmenich: \n\nAt dsm-firmenich, we don\u2019t just meet expectations \u2013 we go beyond them.
