Lead - UI/ UX Designer

Since
you will be working closely with our product managers, marketers, designers,
strategists, analysts and other key stakeholders, you must be a team player.
Your tasks will include the creation of experience maps, user scenarios,
mockups and flows. Other tasks will include:

·      Creating Interactive design elements for
mobile or web -applications and Validating ideas and designs using tests and
product performance.

·      Conceptualize original ideas that bring
simplicity and user -friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

·      Collaborating and communicating
professionally with clients and internal teams.

·      Designing user -experiences from
low -fidelity sketches to hi -fidelity pixel perfect mockups.

·      Execute all visual design stages from
concept to final hand -off to engineering.

·      Establish and promote design guidelines,
best practices, and standards.

·      Measuring recently released product
features to establish benchmarks and to identify potential areas of
improvement.

·      Staying abreast of UX trends and
looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.

·      Developing interactive reporting
dashboards and different types of visualizations.

·      Creating rapid prototypes to validate
design concepts with stakeholders and customers.

·      Highly detailed communication of design
principles + direction, as well as design specifications to engineers

Requirements

1. Be passionate about all things UX and other
   areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the
   industry’s latest trends and technologies
   
2. Be passionate about resolving user pain points
   through great design and open to receiving feedback and constructive
   criticism
   
3. Experience in working with a cross -functional
   team or large -scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall
   and agile methodologies
   
4. Ability to manage time wisely across projects
   and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable
   for work
   
5. Deep understanding of information design /
   architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology
   
6. Excellent verbal and written communication
   skills (the ability to effectively sell an idea)
   
7. Mentor junior designers and contribute to
   building a strong design culture
   
8. Conduct and synthesize user research,
   interviews, and usability testing into actionable insights
   
9. Develop wireframes, user flows, customer
   journey maps, prototypes, and high -fidelity UI designs
   
10. Drive consistency and best practices in UX/UI
    across all digital touchpoints
    
11. Collaborate closely with product, engineering,
    and business teams to align design goals with business outcomes
    
12. Champion the voice of the user and advocate for
    user -centered design across the organization
    
13. Lead the design of user -centric solutions from
    concept to execution for both web and mobile platforms
    
14. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
    design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Strong
    ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including
    happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into
    designs
