JOB RESPONSIBILITY Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responding to RFP/RFIs Individually create solutions document and approach based on customer needs for large and complex sales opportunities. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions. Facilitation of client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks provision of support throughout the sell Proactively working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort. Developing webinars/marketing material.QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET 5 -8 years of experience. A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecom, IT, Software) is mandatory. MBA would be an added advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A person must have good understanding of Telecom technology specifically in FTTX, Core and aggregate network. Expertise in processing GIS data using MapInfo, QGIS or any other GIS tool. Minimum 2 years of experience in any GIS Telecom Inventory tool. E.g. Network Engineer, SmallWorld, Arc FM, Smart Inventory or any other tool. Must be an active listener and good presenter. Outstanding documentation and communication skills Proficient in MS Office Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contracts Demonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experience Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design Ability to multitask and prioritize.
