Experience Range - 10 years+
Mandatory Requirement:
10–18 years of experience in insurance broking/underwriting with strong exposure to PEMA lines.
Experience handling large corporate and industrial accounts.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the PEMA segment.
Drive new business acquisition and grow existing corporate accounts.
Lead and mentor the PEMA sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build strong relationships with large corporates, insurers, and reinsurance partners.
Oversee complex placements and support structuring of large or technical risks.
Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and portfolio performance.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across business lines.
Qualification and Experience
Strong understanding of risk assessment and policy structuring.
Ability to manage multi-location portfolios and high-value accounts.
