We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Leader to drive the people agenda for a growing organization within the Financial Services/BFSI sector. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall HR strategy while strengthening talent, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across the full HR spectrum, strong business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership to build a high-performing, future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational priorities, workforce strategy, and people-related decision-making.
• Drive HR transformation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Establish HR priorities, frameworks, and metrics to measure the impact of people initiatives.

Talent & Performance Management

• Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
• Build robust leadership and talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Strengthen performance-driven cultures through effective goal-setting, reviews, and development programs.
• Identify high-potential talent and create appropriate career development pathways.

Learning & Organizational Development

• Drive enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives aligned with current and future capability requirements.
• Lead organization development programs focused on leadership effectiveness, capability building, and cultural transformation.
• Identify critical skill gaps and develop interventions to address evolving business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive compensation reviews, benchmarking, incentive structures, and rewards programs.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen employee value propositions and retention strategies.

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and overall employee experience.
• Analyze attrition trends and implement targeted retention strategies.
• Build effective communication and engagement frameworks across the organization.

HR Operations & Transformation

• Ensure effective and scalable HR operations, policies, processes, and governance.
• Lead change management initiatives associated with organizational transformation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment and organizational policies.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in senior HR leadership roles.
• Mandatory experience within the Financial Services/BFSI sector.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong expertise across performance management, talent management, succession planning, L&D, compensation, OD, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation and change management initiatives.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder-management capabilities at senior leadership levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
• A forward-thinking, transformation-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in complex and fast-paced environments.
