The Lead-Pre Sales is responsible for supporting the firm's growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing corporate leads for CSR, employee volunteering, and social impact engagements. This role is designed for a proactive, research-driven professional who excels at outreach, relationship building, and assisting the conversion of corporate interest into structured consulting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospect Research
Identify potential corporate prospects specifically for CSR and corporate volunteering engagements.
Research corporate CSR priorities, employee volunteering practices, and compliance focus areas.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective corporate clients and key decision-makers.
2. Outreach & Engagement Support
Conduct initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and various industry platforms.
Support the scheduling of meetings, presentations, and introductory discussions with corporate entities.
Prepare tailored outreach messaging that aligns with specific corporate CSR and volunteering interests.
3. Opportunity Qualification & Pipeline Support
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on CSR alignment, readiness, and potential scope.
Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups are conducted.
Support the Business Development (BD) team in converting qualified leads into active opportunities.
4. Pre-Sales Collateral & Proposal Support
Assist in developing pre-sales materials, including pitch decks, capability statements, case studies, and concept notes.
Support proposal coordination by compiling necessary inputs, formatting, and documentation.
5. Market Intelligence & Insights
Track current trends in CSR, employee volunteering, and corporate citizenship.
Monitor CSR mandates, policy updates, and relevant corporate announcements.
Share insights to strengthen the firm's targeting and positioning strategies.
6. Internal Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with Corporate Relations and Programs teams to align pre-sales efforts.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding leads, outreach, conversions, and pipeline health.
Support the improvement of pre-sales processes and documentation.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, business development, or partnerships.
Education: A Master's degree in Management, Social Work, or related fields is considered a plus.
Sector Knowledge: Exposure to CSR, corporate volunteering, or social impact sectors is preferred.
