Learning and Development

The Learning & Development Specialist will be
responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that
enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. The role requires strong
expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and digital learning
platforms.

• Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with business
  stakeholders.
  
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs across multiple
  formats (classroom, virtual, blended).
  
• Create e -learning content using industry -standard authoring tools.
  
• Facilitate training sessions focused on leadership, soft skills, and
  technical competencies.
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and
  performance metrics.
  
• Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  
• Support onboarding programs and career development initiatives.
  
• Research and recommend innovative learning solutions aligned with
  industry best practices.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate Learning &
  Development.
  
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and
  instructional design methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in LMS administration and e -learning tools.
  
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder
  management skills.
  
• Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional
  Design, or Training.
  
• Experience in designing leadership development programs.
  
• Exposure to digital learning transformation initiatives.
