Job Description - Learning & Development Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Learning & Development Associate to support training programs, learning initiatives, client coordination, and employee development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

â Coordinate end -to -end training programs and learning initiatives

â Manage training schedules, participants, and program logistics

â Support content development and learning materials preparation

â Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams

â Track training effectiveness and feedback reports

â Maintain training records, MIS, and documentation

â Support learning projects and capability -building programs

â Assist in improving learner experience and engagement
