This role focuses on delivering engaging, effective learning interventions that support business priorities, enhance performance, and accelerate readiness from training to live environments. The role works closely with functional experts and business stakeholders to ensure learning outcomes translate into measurable performance improvement.\n\n## What you will do\n\nDeliver impactful learning experiences using a blend of digital, virtual, face-to-face facilitation, coaching, and reflective learning techniquesFacilitate and coordinate training programmes aligned to business needs, ensuring knowledge, skill, and capability upliftConduct upskilling and cross-skilling programmes to support workforce agilityTrack learner progress and maintain accurate training reports throughout the learning journeyIdentify capability gaps during training and collaborate with functional experts to address them effectivelyAct as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting local market priorities through informed judgement and best practiceEnable smooth transition from training to operational readiness by maximising learner throughput and preparedness\n\n## Who you are\n\nAn individual with a strong understanding of the VOIS strategy and collaborative working cultureExperienced in facilitating technical and functional learning content across diverse audience groupsConfident engaging with learners at different levels of organisational hierarchyComfortable using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance learning engagementA self-driven professional who builds rapport quickly and communicates with clarity and confidenceSkilled in delivering engaging presentations and designing high-quality learning materials\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
