We’re looking for a Learning & Development Courseware Developer to join our global Learning & Development team. If you're passionate about crafting impactful learning experiences, skilled in digital courseware tools, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop engaging, high-quality digital learning content for Sales, Presales, or Professional Services audiences.

• Translate complex topics into clear, learner-friendly formats using adult learning principles.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure content is accurate, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
• Work independently and proactively within a global team, contributing your expertise and creativity.

What You’ll Bring

• Learning & Development Expertise
• Proven experience in developing professional courseware using modern instructional design methodologies.
• Strong understanding of adult learning practices and learner engagement strategies.

Technical Skills

• Advanced skills in the Articulate Suite (Storyline, Rise) and ability to mentor others in best practices.
• Proficiency with text-to-speech tools, Camtasia, and basic graphic editing.
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite for course structuring, collaboration, and documentation.

Communication & Collaboration

• Fluent in Business English—able to articulate ideas clearly, adapt communication for various audiences, and summarize complex information effectively.
• Comfortable presenting to small groups in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
