Location: New Town, Kolkata
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail -oriented R&D HR / Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to join a well -known paints company. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about employee learning, training coordination, HR analytics, and process improvement. The candidate will play a key role in driving learning initiatives, maintaining HR data, preparing insightful reports, and supporting organizational development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage end -to -end training activities, including training calendars, participant nominations, scheduling, logistics, attendance, and feedback collection.
  • Partner with business leaders, functional heads, trainers, and employees to identify learning needs and ensure timely delivery of development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee learning records, certification trackers, training databases, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports to monitor training effectiveness, participation, completion rates, and overall learning outcomes.
  • Leverage Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis using functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Lookup Functions, and Charts.
  • Support R&D HR activities by maintaining employee data, workforce reports, project documentation, and HR records.
  • Coordinate with external training partners and internal facilitators to ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, induction, engagement, and capability -building initiatives.
  • Generate HR metrics and insights to support decision -making and continuous improvement of learning programs.
  • Ensure timely documentation, record management, and adherence to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to enhance employee development initiatives and improve HR operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and organizational data.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Training Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports and HR dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRMS platforms will be an added advantage.
