The role focuses on building sustainable learning solutions, strengthening organisational capability, and ensuring measurable business impact through structured learning design, engagement initiatives, and impact assessment.\n\n## What you will do\n\nIdentify training and development needs aligned to business priorities across functions and geographies.Define, design, and maintain learning and product concepts in close collaboration with business stakeholders.Own capability development initiatives, including skill assessment and measurement of learning effectiveness and return on investment.Design learning solutions using adult learning principles, Bloom\u2019s taxonomy, and recognised instructional design methodologies.Deliver and coordinate learning programmes while working closely with internal teams and external partners.Create learner engagement through initiatives such as communication campaigns, learner interviews, success stories, and business case narratives.Provide consulting support and guidance to line managers and L\u0026D partners on learning solutions and development approaches.Manage budgets, resources, and learning priorities with a strong commercial and outcome\u2011focused mindset.\n\n## Who you are\n\nA learning and development professional with extensive experience in training delivery, learning design, and instructional methodologies.Experienced in consulting with stakeholders and managing complex learning or transformation projects.Knowledgeable in L\u0026D processes including capability development, performance management, engagement, and learning impact assessment.Comfortable working across multiple geographies and managing diverse learning priorities.Confident communicator with the ability to present, facilitate, and influence senior stakeholders.Experienced in working with learning management systems and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365.Fluent in English, with the ability to operate effectively in global and multicultural environments.\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
