Learning Ecosystem manager

We are looking for a Learning Ecosystem Manager to join our Customer Success Global Office team and lead the development of a world-class technical learning ecosystem for the Denodo Platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with a passion for education, enabling customers to progress from beginners to experts through engaging learning experiences. This role involves designing technical curricula, building interactive learning labs, creating multimedia educational content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop self-paced training courses, certification paths, and learning journeys for Business Users, Architects, Developers, and Administrators.
  


• Build, manage, and maintain hands-on technical learning labs using containers or sandbox environments.
  


• Create engaging multimedia learning content, including video tutorials, webinars, technical blogs, articles, and interactive learning materials.
  


• Develop and maintain technical documentation covering Denodo Platform features, architecture, and best practices.
  


• Stay up to date with the latest Denodo Platform capabilities, product enhancements, and competitive positioning.
  


• Deliver technical product overviews, workshops, and learning sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
  


• Monitor product release cycles and develop new learning content for feature updates and platform enhancements.
  


• Coordinate multiple learning initiatives to continuously improve customer education, engagement, and platform adoption.
  


• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to develop high-quality training resources.
  


• Research emerging technologies, AI innovations, and modern data management trends to continuously enhance the learning ecosystem.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  


• 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar technical role within data management or analytics.
  


• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Denodo Platform on enterprise projects.
  


• Strong programming knowledge in SQL and Java.
  


• Good understanding of Cloud Technologies, SaaS platforms, APIs, and Databases.
  


• Experience with AI and Agentic AI ecosystems.
  


• Strong expertise in Technical Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and Technical Content Creation.
  


• Experience developing hands-on labs, technical documentation, and customer enablement materials.
  


• Excellent technical writing, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Creative mindset with a passion for technical education and continuous learning.
