Learning Experience Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Learning Experience Specialist to own the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including instructional design, content development, LMS administration, and training coordination. This role is responsible for designing engaging learning experiences, managing learning technologies, coordinating training delivery, tracking learner progress, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees across the organization.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating digital learning content, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), coordinating instructor-led and virtual training sessions, and analyzing learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning, virtual instructor-led, classroom, and blended learning programs using instructional design best practices.
  
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia content, simulations, videos, graphics, and interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex business and technical content into learner-friendly, engaging training materials.
  
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, content uploads, learner enrollments, learning paths, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance.
  
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, including learner communications, meeting logistics, classroom setup, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up.
  
• Monitor learner participation, completion rates, compliance requirements, certifications, and training effectiveness through dashboards and reports.
  
• Maintain learning documentation, course catalogs, historical training records, and digital learning assets.
  
• Perform quality assurance testing on learning content to ensure compatibility across multiple devices, browsers, and LMS platforms.
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs using learner feedback, performance metrics, and instructional design methodologies.
  
• Partner with HR, Talent Development, business stakeholders, and instructors to ensure learning programs align with organizational goals and business priorities.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learner engagement, operational efficiency, and overall learning experience.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Learning Operations, or Corporate Training.
  
• Hands-on experience designing digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
  
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems such as Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, SAM, Adult Learning Principles, and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  
• Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification (ATD, CPTD, or equivalent).
  
• Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for advanced e-learning customization.
  
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for learning analytics and dashboard reporting.
  
• Experience supporting enterprise Learning & Development or Talent Development organizations.
